A Day Trip is done as a private one-on-one experience with Dr. Stefanie or within a small, curated group. All Day Trips happen at The Sacred House of Eden in Colorado.

Each Day Trip includes:

Intake Session
Intention Setting & Prep Session
A 24-hour ceremonial experience held at Eden
Overnight accommodations
Integration sessions after ceremony

Whether this is your first time sitting in ceremony or you've been here before and are returning to go deeper, the Day Trip is designed around your intention. One day. One focus.

Everything before, during, and after is held with care.

Many guests begin here and, over time, decide to deepen into the full BE THE WORK Journey. Others return for Day Trips as part of their ongoing practice. And for some, a single Day Trip is exactly what they came for. A potent turning point.
