For the person ready to stop performing their healing
You have read the books. Done the therapy. Built the career, the relationship, the life that looks right on paper.
And still, something is off.
The BE THE WORK Journey is for the person who is ready to stop earning their worth and start remembering it.
It is for executives, physicians, founders, and leaders navigating the gap between outward success and inner wholeness. For those who have done the conventional work and are ready for something deeper. For people drawn to ceremonial medicine who require a clinically-grounded, deeply experienced facilitator.
One doctor. One guest. One sustained arc of transformation.
At the heart of the Journey is a bespoke 24-hour ceremonial experience at The Sacred House of Eden. Surrounding the ceremony is the real work: the coaching, the preparation, the integration, the living of what emerges.
This is not a container for someone curious about psychedelic medicine. It is a container for someone who is ready to let the work actually change them.
Phase 1, Ground: Biweekly coaching sessions establish the relationship and clarify the real work underneath the presenting concerns.
Phase 2, Prepare: Sessions intensify in the weeks leading to ceremony. Preparation is physical, emotional, somatic, and intentional.
Phase 3, Ceremony: A 24-hour private ceremonial experience at Eden, held one-on-one with Dr. Stefanie.
Phase 4, Integrate: The weeks and months after ceremony are where transformation becomes embodied. Regular coaching sessions translate insight into lived change. This is the work most programs never do.
For those who have served
You have carried what most people will never have to carry. Eden extends a HERO rate to active military, veterans, law enforcement, and first responders as a small way of honoring the weight of that work. Note your service on your intake form or mention it on your discovery call.

Pay in full at the listed investment, or select a quarterly or monthly payment plan. Payment plans include a modest administrative premium. Details are discussed during your discovery call.
Dr. Stefanie personally reviews every application and works with each accepted client to find a payment structure that supports both commitment and sustainability.
A note on tax deductibility
For business owners, founders, and self-employed professionals, coaching that supports leadership capacity, decision-making, and performance may qualify as a deductible business expense under IRS Section 162 (ordinary and necessary business expenses). Many of Dr. Stefanie's clients structure their Journey investment through their business for this reason. Consult your CPA or tax advisor to confirm how this applies to your specific situation. Dr. Stefanie does not provide tax or legal advice.
Not every inquiry moves forward. Dr. Stefanie personally reviews each application and meets every prospective Journey client on a discovery call before acceptance.
This is intentional. The Journey is a deep container, and the right match matters. The discovery call is a mutual conversation. You will leave it knowing whether this is your next step, or whether another path is a better fit.
The Journey is the culmination of two decades of this work. It is what I would have offered myself, years before I had to build it on my own. It is the container I wish had existed when I was earning my way to a peace I didn't know was already mine. If you are reading this, and something in you recognizes itself, I invite you to reach out.
Is ceremony required?
Ceremony is central to the Journey, but it is not obligatory. Your discovery call will clarify what is right for you.
What medicine is used in ceremony?
Each ceremony is designed around the guest. Dr. Stefanie will recommend what is most appropriate based on your history, intention, and readiness.
Where does ceremony take place?
At The Sacred House of Eden. Locations rotate between Colorado and Arizona. Your specific location will be confirmed during preparation.
Can I do the Journey if I am currently in therapy?
You may be asked to pause or coordinate with existing therapeutic relationships. Dr. Stefanie's approach is most effective as the primary modality during the Journey arc.
Can couples do the Journey together?
Yes. The Couples Journey is a dedicated configuration built around the specific dynamics of two people doing this work together.
Is this covered by insurance?
No. The Journey is a private, bespoke offering and is not billable to insurance.
What is the time commitment each month?
Standard Journey clients typically invest 4 to 6 hours per month in direct sessions and reflection experiences, plus the integration work that happens in daily life between sessions. The Day Trip at Eden is a separate 24-hour experience, scheduled at a point in the Journey when you are ready.
How soon can I begin?
After the discovery call, accepted clients typically begin within 2 to 3 weeks. Ceremony timing is determined by your readiness, not a fixed schedule.
