The psychedelic retreat industry has changed quickly. New centers are opening every month, hosting weekly and monthly retreats, treating the medicine experience as the destination.

After more than 1,600 ceremonies and integrations, I've come to see this differently.

The medicine itself is not the transformation. What happens before is the unwinding of the patterns that brought you here. What happens after is the integration that determines whether the insight becomes a way of living or fades within weeks. That arc is the work. The ceremony is the doorway.

This is why every Eden retreat is part of The Eden Container, a complete structure that includes 4 weeks of Virtual Coaching before you arrive and 4 weeks of integration support after you leave. The format is built around the full arc, not just the ceremony. It is also why we host only a small number of retreats each year. 

Doing this well is not compatible with doing it often.

In 2026, Eden will offer:

• Two Group Retreats (8–10 guests)
• One Semi-Private Retreat (4–5 guests)
• Couple's Retreats (by inquiry)

 The coaching is not an add-on. It is the work. 

For 4 weeks before you ever sit in ceremony at Eden, we work together. We name the patterns that have been running you, identify the wounds underneath them, and prepare your nervous system to actually receive what the medicine has to offer. By the time you arrive, the question is no longer "what will happen?" It is "what am I ready to release?"

For 4 weeks after your in-person retreat, integration continues. This is where transformation either takes root or evaporates. Most centers leave you on your own here. We don't.

This is what The Eden Container is built around. Not a weekend. A passage.

 Two Group Retreats this year. Each held over a 4-night, Thursday to Monday format.

We keep our groups small. 8 to 10 guests with 3 to 4 Eden Team members. The dynamics that emerge in shared group experience are powerful and irreplaceable. They cannot be manufactured in a larger setting.

Group Retreats follow The Eden Container format: 4 weeks of Virtual Coaching before, a 4-Night In-Person Group Retreat, and 4 weeks of integration support after. Coaching Sessions are conducted via Zoom.

LODGING OPTIONS:

Camp Eden: Guests sleep in their Nest in the indoor Ceremony Room; all guests share bathrooms with other guests.

Shared Guest Suite: 2 Guests share a bedroom with either 1 Queen or King bed to share or separate smaller beds; all guests share bathrooms with other guests.

Private Guest Suite: Guest has their own private bedroom; all guests share bathrooms with other guests.

One Semi-Private Retreat this year. 

Limited to 4 to 5 individuals you assemble.

Semi-Private Retreats are designed for groups you bring together. Workplace teams, sports teams, family members, or close friends who want to do this work in a contained, intentional circle.

Semi-Private Retreats follow The Eden Container format: 4 weeks of Virtual Coaching before, a 4-Night In-Person Retreat, and 4 weeks of integration support after. Coaching Sessions are conducted via Zoom.

Dates are arranged based on guest schedules and Eden Team availability.

 Couple's Retreats are arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Couple's Plant Medicine Retreats focus on each individual's healing and growth as well as the health and happiness of the partnership. In the safe, sacred space of Eden, couples will identify personal blocks, partnership challenges, and opportunities for growth. You will learn new tools for communication and intimacy, and share more deeply and authentically than ever before.

Couple's Retreats follow The Eden Container format: 4 weeks of Virtual Coaching before, either a 3-Night or 4-Night In-Person Retreat, and 4 weeks of integration support after. Coaching Sessions are conducted via Zoom.

Some who find Eden are ready for something longer than a retreat container. Others come to us already in motion, looking for a year-long structure to do this work over time, not over a weekend.

The BE THE WORK Journey is Dr. Stefanie's year-long program for people ready to commit to the deepest version of this work. It is not a sequel to a retreat. It is a parallel path, designed for those whose readiness calls for an extended arc.
